From Boston:

Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning right after rejoining two-way road. Straight over roundabout to Skegness Pier. At Skegness Pier turn right. Straight over Clock Tower into South Parade (promenade). Take second turning right (near the end of the promenade) and after a few yards, left into Drummomd Road. Trafalgar Avenue is the third turning on the left side. Knighton Lodge Hotel is on the left side at the end of Trafalgar Avenue.

From Lincoln:

Turn right at traffic lights after Football Ground. In about 1/4 mile take first main turning left. Straight over roundabout to Skegness Pier. At Skegness Pier turn right.
